Федеральный эксперт с правом проведения экспертизы дополнительных профессиональных программ повышения квалификации, размещенных на едином федеральном портале дополнительного профессионального педагогического образования.
Член предметных жюри конкурсов и олимпиад регионального уровня, таких как Всероссийская олимпиада школьников, «Шаг в будущее», «Педагог года» и др. Ежегодно участвует в разработке пакетов олимпиадных заданий по английскому языку для проведения муниципального этапа ВОШ, областной олимпиады школьников «Юниор» и других творческих и языковых конкурсов.
С 2003 года является членом региональной предметной комиссии ЕГЭ по английскому языку, с 2013 года - председатель региональной предметной комиссии при проведении ГИА по образовательным программам среднего общего образования. Разработчик контрольно-измерительных материалов для проведения региональных процедур оценки качества иноязычного образования.
Область профессиональных интересов включает такие темы, как «Специфика системы оценки достижения планируемых результатов обучения по иностранным языкам», «Проектно-исследовательская деятельность как методический инструмент реализации ФГОС», «Процедуры оценки качества иноязычного образования», «Лингвосоциокультурная методика в обучении английскому языку». Участник реализации федерального Гранта «Модернизация технологий и содержания обучения в соответствии с новым федеральным государственным образовательным стандартом посредством разработки концепций модернизации конкретных областей, поддержки региональных программ развития образования и поддержки сетевых методических объединений в рамках государственной программы РФ «Развитие образования» (2019 г). Активный участник реализации региональных проектов: «Преобразование обучения для XXI века: развитие культуры мышления» для директоров, заместителей директоров и учителей совместно с компанией «Educare» (Сингапур) при поддержке правительства Тюменской области (2015-2016гг); «TEACHER FIRST» для учителей английского языка совместно с международной образовательной компанией EDUCATION FIRST (2018 г).
Самусенко Е.А. принимала участие в подготовке ряда методических пособий: «Методические рекомендации по проектированию современного урока на основе анализа контрольно-оценочных процедур», «Подготовка учащихся к олимпиадным испытаниям разного уровня по английскому языку», «Методические рекомендации по обучению второму иностранному языку в 5 классе в условиях реализации требований ФГОС» ежегодные сборники «Анализ результатов ГИА выпускников 11 классов/9 классов по АЯ в формате ЕГЭ/ОГЭ» и других. Активный участник подготовки к печати ежегодного научно-методического сборника «Региональное образование XXI века: проблемы и перспективы».

Общий педагогический стаж работы - 27 лет, в том числе учителем английского языка в лицее №34 и гимназии №1 - 15 лет. С 2004 по 2006 гг. - координатор-методист издательства Oxford University Press в Тюменской области.

Elena Samusenko graduated from Magnitogorsk State Pedagogical Institute, the Faculty of Foreign Languages, the English Department.
Elena Anatolievna is a teacher with 27 years of experience, including her work as a teacher at Lyceum №34 and Gymnasium №1 for 15 years. From 2004 to 2006, she worked as Coordinator and Methodologist of the Oxford University Press Publishing House in the Tyumen region.
Elena Anatolievna Samusenko is a federal expert with the right to conduct an examination of additional professional advanced training programs presented on the unified federal portal of additional professional pedagogical education.
Elena Samusenko is a jury member of regional competitions and olympiads, such as the National Olympiad of School Students, A Step in the Future, The Teacher of the Year and others. Every year, she takes part in the preparation of tasks in the subject English for the municipal round of the National Olympiad of School Students, for the regional Olympiad of school students Junior and for other creativity and language competitions.
Since 2003, Elena Anatolievna is a member of the regional state exam committee in the English language. Since 2013, she is Chairperson of the regional English language committee for the state final examination on educational programs of secondary general education. Elena Anatolievna is the author of tests for regional assessment of the quality of foreign language education.
Her professional interests include such topics as Specifics of the assessment system for the achievement of the planned results of foreign language education, Project-based learning as a methodological tool for the implementation of the Federal State Educational Standards, Methods of assessment of foreign language education, Cross-cultural awareness in teaching English. She took part in the implementation of the federal grant Modernization of technologies and content of education according to by developing concepts for modernization of specific areas, supporting regional programs for the development of education and supporting network methodological associations as part of the state program of the Russian Federation "Development of education" (2019). Elena Samusenko made a valuable contribution to the implementation of the following regional projects: Transforming learning for the 21st century: developing a culture of thinking for headmasters, deputy headmasters and teachers in collaboration with Educare (Singapore) with support of the government of the Tyumen region (2015-2016), TEACHER FIRST for teachers of the English language in collaboration with the international educational company EDUCATION FIRST (2018).
Elena Samusenko participated in the preparation of such study guides as Methodical guidelines for planning a modern lesson based on the analysis of testing and assessment procedures, Preparing students for the English language Olympiads of different levels, Methodical guidelines for learning a second foreign language in the 5th form in the conditions of the Federal State Education Standards implementation, annual reports The analysis of the State Final Examination results of graduates of the 11th and 9th grades in the English language in the format of the Russian State Examination and Basic State Examination, and others.
